Adela's Manicure and Nail Tips

Hello again! Today we are talking about how I keep my nails and hands healthy. This has been a very requested topic and because I aim to please you all...As you wish (what movie is that from???)  As most of you may know, my job doesn't have anything to do with beauty. I wont say exactly what I do or where I work for privacy reasons, but I will say that it involves interacting with the public, which means germs. Eww! and tons of hand washing and hand sanitizer usage. As a result of this, my nails and hands are put through the wringer every day.  Shaping and buffing nails For shaping, it's best to use a softer (light grit) nail file on natural nails. The rougher the texture, the harder it is on your nails. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go back and forth when filing your nails! I cringe just thinking about it. Instead, file in one direction. Adela's Favorites: Hair Products and Hair Tips

Hello and Welcome Back! I recently asked what kind of post you'd like to see next. My friends Emily and Kelly requested Hair Products and Hair Tips. Thank you, Ladies for the great suggestion. I decided to combine them into one post. Today I'll be sharing my favorite hair products. Shampoo and Conditioner~ I have tried SO many over the years. I regularly switch up brands. I go for products that are sulfate free, are ...

Now I realize Lush is one of those things people either love (like me) or hate. I wanted to share my first impressions of these products incase you aren't too familiar with this brand.  First off- I want to give you some background on the company. It's based out of Canada, products are handmade, cruelty free, all of the ingredients of each product are listed, and all of the ingredients are from a sustainable resource.  Moving on! Here's the loot...  I'm a big fan of their Lip Balms. This is the first time I've tried this one... Honey Trap is a very soft, sweet, vanilla honey scent. I can almost pick up a tiny hint of chocolate. It's very moisturizing and lasts a good bit on the lips.  This is a repurchase for me. Although this time I noticed the packaging said "self pres...
