Faithful Friday: Fruit of The Spirit: Gentleness

Hello again, Today we a chugging right along with our FOTS Series. Hard to believe that we only have one more left after this (tear).  I think we can all agree that we have been loving and learning from this series. Let's get started... Today we are talking about Gentleness The dictionary defines "Gentleness" as- The quality or state of being gentle; especially, mildness of manners or disposition. What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word "gentle"?  Perhaps it's a mother holding a baby? But let's think beyond that...God is the perfect example of gentleness. How to Meal Plan

Hi everyone! Today I am going to share the way I meal plan. Before I get into the planning details I am going to explain our eating habits. We eat a high protein, low carb diet. Which means, for us that we don't eat any bread, rice, grains, pasta, or anything like that. It's mostly protein (chicken, beef, fish) and a ton of fruits and vegetables. Therefore, our meals are pretty easy to plan. Regardless of how your family eats, you will be able to successfully plan these meals when you use my system (doesn't that sound like an infomercial) We need to do 2 things before we plan our meals... 1. Make a list of meals you eat a lot (Meaning your go to meals- the ones that your family likes) Mine is similar to this: Taco Wraps Honey Mustard Chicken w/Veggies Crockpot Roast Crockpot Verde Chicken Salads w/Chicken You get the idea, right? 2.
