Welcome back! I recently purchased some accessories online from Forever 21 and wanted to share what I got and my customer service experience. I've purchased things from Forever 21 online several times before without incident. However, this time I had a bad experience. I wasn't going to post about this because I don't want to be negative but I do feel like I should let my friends know so you don't have the same experience I did. This is what happened...One of the items (the one I wanted most) was missing and another was damaged. I promptly emailed Forever 21 (I would have called but it was after business hours). 2 days later I received a response from them saying I had to: 1) Sign an affidavit saying the item wasn't received. Once I sign the form, I have to fax it back to them. Then they will do an investigation (what is that supposed to mean?...
