Hello again,
Today I thought it would be fun to talk about some new products. Most of which I have used at least once so I can give my thoughts on them so far. I will link to the products below in case you'd like to check them out yourself.
Here we go!
I'm starting off with Clinique Take the day off cleansing balm. I have used this a handful of times. This is a very interesting product and unlike anything I have ever tried before. You can see from the photo that the product is a solid balm but it melts once it meets your body temperature, or I'm guessing if it were exposed to any heat source. I swirl clean finger tips into this product and then massage into my face. Make up literally melts off. This is a very hydrating product and I did notice that it didn't make my oily areas any more oily than usual. Which I was thrilled about. I'm sure it will take me quite some time to get through this tub because I don't use it every day. But I am tempted to get this in the Equate (Walmart brand) version to compare.
I was very impressed by this eye cream. I wasn't sure what to expect because this is the first launch of skincare from elf. And they came out swinging, folks! This eye cream is very moisturizing, soothing, and feels expensive. I can't say that I have noticed any "illuminating" property to this however, I applied this at night the first time I used it and my under eyes weren't as tired looking as they usually are in the morning. It's a very creamy texture and it doesn't effect my concealer at all. Well done elf! I can't wait to try more from this line.

I posted a picture of this recently. I really liked the sensation of this. I could feel it working on my skin. It was tingly but not in an uncomfortable way. I feel like it really did bring impurities to the surface- because the next day I had a small pimple on my cheek. But the pimple was gone the next day. I am aiming to use this at least once a week and really track my results.
This product has been around for ages. I have to admit I purchased this after watching a video on YouTube from Emilynoel83. In the video she was talking about beauty products that Kim Kardashian uses. Now I am not a KK fan but after I heard why she uses it and then Emily giving her opinion I figured I might as well jump on the band wagon too. It is a very nice oil. It soaks into the skin nicely and doesn't make it feel greasy. I only apply this at night and so far so good. It really hydrates my skin unlike any lotion I have. I haven't used it enough to notice a change in my skin tone but I plan on using it regularly from here on out.
I didn't know how I was going to like this because it's an aerosol. I actually really liked it. I felt like I had more control over how much product I sprayed and where I sprayed it. It also smells really good!
I haven't tried this yet but I have tested a big on the back of hand. It felt very similar to the Clinique one. As soon as I am out of my face lotion I am using right now, which should be any day now, I will try this out.
I looked at these when they first came out a few weeks ago. Recently I went into CVS to buy something I am talking about later on in this post and I saw that all Milani was buy one get one 50% off. So of course I bought two! I got this one and the coconut one and I am obsessed with them!!! They feel so good on my lips. They aren't greasy and they last a long time. The shine is really pretty. I have every intention of buying more soon. Don't be surprised if I post a pic soon of the entire line. I love them!

I have no idea why I hadn't tried this until now. About a month or so ago I placed an order with Ulta and they were having a sale on Bare Minerals. I got a little kit that came with come products and brushes and this was in it. I used it to set my under eye concealer and I am hooked! It might be meant to be used alone so I might have to try that but for now. I'll use it as a setting powder.
These are what I went into CVS for when I got the lip oils. I used these last year sometime and I was really impressed with them. I have been getting the itch for acrylics again by I hate going to the salon and spending money on them so I figured I'd use these again. I really like the way these look. The tip is thicker than any other press on nail I've tried, which makes them look like acrylics (as the name implies) and they fit really well and last a full week or more. I am going to put these on soon so I will be sure to post a picture so you can see what I am talking about.
And now for the one thing I am in love with! My new shirts and my latest Etsy shop obsession. Ruby's Rubbish. I was searching for shirts to wear to an upcoming Women's Conference and I came upon this shop. I ordered from them and received my shirts within a week. I ended up having to exchange one of them for a smaller size and that process was a breeze. All I had to do was pay for shipping the wrong size back to them and then include a pre-paid envelope for them to send me the smaller size. Their customer service is AMAZING! They responded to my messages right away and were very helpful. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
Let's take a look at the shirts...
The black one is a t-shirt. I believe these are unisex sizes so I ordered mine in a Medium. It is a little loose but I like the relaxed fit in my t-shirts anyways. And how cute is the font?!? This was the cutest shirt that had this saying on it I had ever seen. The shirts are really good quality and the print is on there very well. I do plan on washing them inside out (which I do with any shirt with a decal) I can't wait to wear these! The white one is actually a baseball T. I originally ordered this in a Large and it was huge on me. So I exchanged it for a Medium and it fits perfectly. The white on this shirt is a bit sheer so I plan on wearing a tank underneath and I don't mind because I do that with all of my shirts, whether it is sheer or not. If you are in the market for some really cute shirts, you've got to check this shop out. Just remember, when you are shopping on Etsy it is important to read the policies and shipping information. So you have an idea of when you will be receiving your items.
Those are the new products I have added to my collection lately. If you have anything you would like to share with us, please do! Oh, and one more thing, I ordered the Too Faced Peanut Butter & Jelly Palette a few days ago and it is on it's way to me as we speak. Be on the look out for some fun tutorials coming soon! I hope that you all enjoyed this post and I will see you back on Friday, when we continue our Fruits of The Spirit Series on Joy.
Until next time...
Xoxo,
Adela
